Refund policy
Antique & Vintage Items were all previously owned items. They may have imperfections and wear due to use over time. To the best of my ability, I will note any imperfections or excessive wear that I find either in my description or with pictures or both. Please note that the main item for sale does not include any florals, display stand or decorative element in photos - unless its noted in the description of the item.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL We cannot issue refunds, exchanges, etc. Please double check that you have everything in your cart and the quantity before proceeding. Warranties are not expressed or implied. Items are Being Sold as Shown - As-Is - No Warranty - No certificate of authenticity.
***SHIPPING GUIDELINES*** Shipping & Handling Fees Are Separate. Orders typically are shipped within 3-4 business days (excluded Weekends and Holidays) After Confirmation of Completed Payment. New releases and sale items may take longer to ship due to demand. Handmade items may take up to three weeks. On occasion there are delays from shipping companies and weather that are out of our control. FURNITURE SHIPPING: Prices DOES NOT INCLUDE shipping. You will be invoices separately the surcharge associated with your state and it will be in the hundreds of dollars. Depending on what we are charged. Shipping may take up to 4 months at times, due to demand and the furniture shipper's time frame. SALE SHIPPING INFORMATION
If you placed an order during a sale, shipping times may exceed 10 business days. Check any images or sale information to find out what shipping times are for that particular sale, or email judy@southernloveinteriors.com & provide me with your order number.

***Damages and issues*** Please inspect your order upon reception. Most of our products clean easily and will just require soap & water to clean off the items it leaked on. Damages or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of the packaging being marked as delivered from the tracking on the USPS or UPS website. If it is past the 24 hours of the package being delivered you will have to submit the claim with the carrier and we will not be able to refund or replace any of the items. We will reship whatever is damaged if there are extra or we will send a refund if it is within 24 hours of it being delivered, but only as long as pictures are given to prove damage and you keep the box and product so the shipping company is able to pick it up so they can process the claim. Without the photos and package we cannot validate damage and cannot get a refund for your items being damaged. In those cases you will need to submit a claim to the shipping company to receive a refund. Email photos, description and name / order number to judy@southernloveinteriors.com. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
***LOCAL PICK UPS*** Your order may still take up to 10 business days to be ready. You will receive an email when the order is available for pick up. Unclaimed local pick up orders will be returned to inventory after 6 months of no pick up and no contact. After that you may either get the same product or store credit, no refund will be given for unclaimed pick ups. Contact judy@southernloveinteriors.com with any questions.
